Guy Gentile
President & CEO
Mr. Gentile is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for trading related businesses.
A seasoned professional with over 15 years trading experience, Mr. Gentile has
founded several successful entities focused on online trading, proprietary trading,
high-speed algorithmic trading and building financial trading technology.
In 1999, Mr. Gentile founded Stock USA Execution Services, Inc., a registered
broker/dealer with the SEC and Member of FINRA & SIPC. Stock USA provides
high-performance trade execution and brokerage services to high-frequency,
institutional, broker/dealer and active-trading clients. To this day, Mr. Gentile
oversees Stock USA’s business development.
In 2003, Mr. Gentile co-founded Direct Access Software, LLC, a technology
company specializing in high-speed execution routing to the major exchanges
including the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, and other major market centers.
In 2008, Mr. Gentile founded Swiss America Securities, Ltd; a Bahamian based
broker/dealer regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
In 2009, Mr. Gentile founded ProTrade Securities, LLC, a SEC registered broker/
dealer and member of the CBSX Stock Exchange.
